Salary: $16.30 - $17.97 hourly

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items such as wings, burgers, and more.
- Slice, dice, grill, fry, and sauce with accuracy and speed.
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work with your team to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
- Help with prep, stocking, and closing duties.
- Perform duties that may change from time to time.
Qualifications
- Team player who is willing to roll up sleeves and help teammates.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
- Passionate about food quality and consistency.
- Willing to learn and jump in wherever needed.
- Kitchen experience helpful; training provided for the right person.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age (State Minor Laws Supersede).
- Prior experience working in a restaurant or retail environment.
- Food Handler Certificate.
Physical Requirements
- Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and movement in a busy kitchen.
