Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of cooking experience in cafeteria or large-volume production.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate commercial kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up workstation and complete opening/closing checklists.
• Prepare hot and cold items per recipes and guidelines.
• Operate ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers safely.
• Store, label, and rotate products per state laws.
• Stand for extended periods and assist team to serve dishes promptly.
• Report to Food Service Director and coordinate with kitchen staff.
