Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food according to planned menus, dietary needs, recipes, portions, and temperature controls.
• Direct and assist in cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment, floors, dishes, and utensils.
• Check trays for menu and diet accuracy and ensure proper storage of food and supplies.
• Work in a non-temperature regulated environment near ovens and stoves.
• Help ensure next meals have adequate food and supplies and report hazards or incidents.
