The Arbor Company is seeking a Cook to join our culinary team. You’ll prepare and cook meals according to recipes and dietary guidelines, while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety.

Qualifications

• Strong cooking experience (restaurant or senior living preferred).
• Experience with batch cooking and food safety standards.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Leadership mindset—someone who can step up, support others, and take ownership in the kitchen.
• Passion for creating great meals and a positive dining experience.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook meals following established recipes, menus, and dietary guidelines.
• Support kitchen operations including prep, inventory, and food safety compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in accordance with standards.
• Partner with the Dining Director to ensure smooth service and quality meals.
• Lead by example and help support a positive, efficient kitchen environment.
