Job summary

Arbor Company in Greenville, SC is seeking a part-time cook to prepare meals for residents in a senior living community. You’ll follow established recipes, manage dietary needs, and support kitchen operations.

This role offers $20 per hour, a rotation of 6am-2pm and 11am-7pm every other weekend, free meals per shift, PTO, 401(k) with match, tuition assistance, and growth opportunities in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking in a restaurant, healthcare, or high-volume setting.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and portion control.
• Experience with special diets or senior living is a plus.
• Ability to cook for large groups (100+).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals using established recipes and menu cycles.
• Follow dietary guidelines and special meal modifications.
• Support kitchen operations including deliveries, inventory rotation, and logs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen.
• Collaborate with the Dining Director to ensure smooth service.

What You'll Do
