The Copper Cellar Family of Restaurants in Knoxville is seeking Cooks of all experience levels to join our West Knoxville kitchen. You’ll work across Grill, Sautee, Fry, Salad, Window, and Prep stations, learning and growing in a busy, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience at different kitchen stations a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a kitchen.
• Basic math and measurement conversions.
• Able to work quickly while staying organized.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications.
• Work at stations including Grill, Sautee, Fry, Salad, Window, and Prep.
• Learn multiple kitchen stations and develop new skills.
• Maintain proper food temperatures, quality, and presentation.
• Keep station clean, stocked, and ready for service.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
