Role Overview

The Cook is responsible for preparing food items according to standardized recipes, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen, while minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following brand standards and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with food safety certifications and regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas.
• Assist in food storage and rotation to ensure freshness and safety.
• Support safety procedures and know the location of safety equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary experience preferred.
