Job Description

The hourly pay rate for this position is $16.20 - $18.00 per hour depending on experience.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

  1. The preparation of high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders.
  2. Working with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage all aspects of food and supply management, including securing items in time for food prep, ensuring leftovers are stored correctly, and maintaining inventories.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this position, you should have:

  • At least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, a restaurant, or a similar operation.
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with other team members.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and professional; able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong customer service skills.
