Job summary

Holt Senior Care & Rehab Center is hiring for a full-time food service position. You will prepare meals, review menus with the Dietary Director, and ensure meals meet quality, portion, and sanitary standards in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related food experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility, with strong knowledge of food procedures.
• Experience in a Long Term Care facility is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care!

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and nourishing meals for residents in accordance with menus, portion control procedures, sanitary regulations and policies.
• Work closely with the Dietary Director to create and review menus and ensure meals are prepared correctly.
• Ensure meals are prepared in a timely, safe, and high-quality manner.
• Assist with rotating weekend shifts and schedule considerations.

You will earn: $16.85 - $21.85 depending on exp!

• Starting Wages: $16.00 - 21.00 based on experience
