MGM Resorts International is hiring a Cook for Jia, its four-diamond Asian Fusion restaurant at Beau Rivage in Biloxi, MS. You will cook at a high-volume, high-standard station, following recipes and standards to bring the menu to life.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, gaining experience across fry, sauté, grill, and other stations with a focus on seafood handling and fine dining techniques.

• 2+ years of culinary experience in a line cook setting (preferably).
• Experience on fry, sauté, grill, and other kitchen stations.
