• Prepare meals under the Chef’s direction while creating guest experiences with hospitality.
• Set up workstation based on pars established by Chef and follow station set-up sheet.
• Evaluate cooked food for quality flavors and appearance by taste and smell.
• Operate a CRM system to ensure orders are handled correctly.
• Comply with health and safety standards and maintain proper holding temperatures.
• Complete closing requirements as directed by supervisors.
• Delegate tasks to other staff as instructed by chefs.
