Olympia Hospitality and Moxy Virginia Beach is seeking a dedicated cook to safely prepare and cook food, maintain quality, and follow standardized recipes. You will work with a culinary team to create appealing menu items and support service during peak hours.

The role requires hands-on kitchen experience, adherence to safety standards, and a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative restaurant environment.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a kitchen or culinary role.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; culinary education is a plus.
• Serve-Safe Certification and allergy awareness training are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook menu items following recipes, portions, and safety standards.
• Monitor temperatures, times, and portions to ensure quality and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with culinary team to develop menu items and specials.
• Respect health and safety rules; keep kitchen clean and organized at all times.
• Assist with inventory, receiving, storing, and rotating ingredients.
• Communicate with staff to coordinate preparation and service priorities.
