Qualifications

• Serve-Safe Certification and Allergy Awareness Training preferred.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced kitchen and maintaining cleanliness.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and safety standards.
• Follow cooking techniques for grilling, frying, roasting, baking, and sautéing.
• Monitor temperatures, timing, and portions to reduce waste.
• Collaborate with culinary team to develop menu items and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized kitchen and manage inventory.
• Communicate with kitchen staff and management during service hours.
