Desert Mountain Club is seeking a Cook III to join our culinary team in North Scottsdale, Arizona. You will work under Master Chef of France, Bertrand Bouquin, across multiple kitchen environments including casual, upscale, banquets, and events.

Responsibilities include preparing hot and cold items, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation, and collaborating with leadership to ensure timely, consistent service. Excellent teamwork and a strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a professional full-service kitchen required.
• Culinary school or apprenticeship program preferred.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare a variety of hot and cold food items for outlets, banquets, and catering menus according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure production of food in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area following safety guidelines.
• Ensure food meets quality, taste, and appearance standards of Desert Mountain Club.
• Check and complete mise en place and pars to set up the station.
• Maintain knowledge of proper storage, rotation, and maintenance of products.
• Maintain knife skills and preparation techniques.
• Complete prep in a timely manner for the next shift.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
