Desert Mountain Club in North Scottsdale, AZ, seeks a Chef de Cuisine to lead the culinary team and oversee all dining, events, and catering operations. You will guide staff development, ensure top-tier food quality, and maintain a culture of education and respect for employees, members, and guests.

The role requires 3–5 years of kitchen management, preferably in a Chef de Cuisine position, with prior upscale restaurant and golf country club exposure.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of kitchen management experience, preferably in a Chef de Cuisine role.
• Prior upscale restaurant and golf/country club experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the last 3 years.

Responsabilités

• Directly manage, train, coach, and develop a staff of culinarians and stewards to department standards.
• Oversee day-to-day culinary operations of the kitchen and ensure high quality and presentation.
• Develop positive, professional culture focused on creating memorable experiences for members and guests.
• Coordinate daily production, prep work, and cleaning checklists for cooks and stewards.
• Work with Culinary Director on menu development, costing, and portion control.
• Oversee events with banquets and catering teams and manage staff performance reviews.
