The Dupont Circle Hotel in Washington, DC is seeking a motivated Cook 3 to join the culinary team. You will prepare fresh, visually appealing dishes, ensuring quality and consistency across Pembroke Restaurant, in-room dining, Doyle Bar, and banqueting events.

You will work with established recipes and presentation standards in a collaborative kitchen. Ideal candidates are flexible, reliable, and enjoy teamwork, with a willingness to cover varied shifts to meet business needs.

Job description

In this role, you will support a variety of outlets including Pembroke Restaurant, our all-day dining venue serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as in-room dining, Doyle Bar, and banqueting operations. You will be responsible for preparing menu items in line with established recipes and presentation standards, while contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen.

We are seeking enthusiastic, well-rounded candidates who are flexible, reliable, and enjoy working as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working a varied schedule, including both morning and evening shifts, depending on business needs.
