Job summary

The Dupont Circle Hotel in Washington, DC is seeking a flexible Cook 2 to join Pembroke Restaurant and our kitchen team. You will prepare food items according to recipes and help plate up attractive dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, in-room dining, and banquets.

We offer a permanent, full-time position with hourly pay of $25.73 and a benefits package including health, 401k, paid time off, and employee meal perks. Flexible AM/PM shifts are available based on business needs.

Our line cooks support Pembroke Restaurant, our three-meal restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, In room dining, Doyle Bar, banquets and the team Cafe. Line cooks are responsible for preparing food items according to recipe and menu instruction, while maintaining a clean and neat environment.

We are seeking enthusiastic, well rounded and talented candidates that can work a flexible schedule schedule of both am and pm shifts based on business need.
