Qualifications

Your Role:

• Develop skills in various cooking techniques (grill, sauté, fry)
• Gain experience with kitchen tools and equipment
• Follow and recreate recipes
• Maintain consistency in food preparation
• Minimize food waste through cross-utilization
• Work with a world-class culinary team
• Set up workstations with ingredients and equipment
• Prepare ingredients (chopping, peeling, cutting meat)
• Maintain a sanitized and organized kitchen environment
• Properly store all food and items
• Ensure ingredient quality

Must have: Current Food Handlers Certification

Physical Requirements:

• Constant standing, occasional walking, bending, reaching
• Manual dexterity for using kitchen tools
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly, up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Work in confined spaces and extreme temperatures
• Follow sanitation and safety protocols diligently
