Job summary

Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is seeking an Intermediate Line Cook with strong communication and culinary skills to join our upscale kitchen. You will work on single stations, contributing to high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment and receiving guidance and training as needed.

The ideal candidate has experience in upscale restaurant settings, possesses a culinary degree (or related experience), and enjoys delivering exceptional guest dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• 2 years of line experience required.
• Culinary degree or related restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to perform all basic cooking skills.
• Able to work single station in the kitchen.
