Job summary

Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is seeking an intermediate line cook to join our kitchen team in downtown Salt Lake City. You will contribute to daily food preparation across stations, and you will follow recipes to maintain the high standards our guests expect.

The role requires good communication, solid culinary skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel kitchen. Hotel cooking experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth and skill development.

Qualifications

• An intermediate line cook with hotel cooking experience.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and follow recipes.
• Proficient English language skills required.
• 2 years of culinary experience.
