Job Summary:

As a Sports Bar Cook II, you will prepare hot and cold food items for service in our food and beverage outlets, ensuring they meet Bally's Sports Bar standards and specifications. The starting wage for this position is $16 per hour.

Essential Functions:

• Develop and maintain a Service Culture that ensures superior guest service from all team members.
• Follow daily kitchen cleaning routines for all equipment, food prep, and storage areas.
• Ensure food is served at the correct hot and cold temperatures.
• Prepare food according to standard recipes and demonstrate positive responses to training.
• Be aware of all temperature-controlled equipment.
• Properly store and handle perishables, maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures.
• Keep work and kitchen/prep areas clean and organized.
• Ensure food is garnished and visually appealing.
• Stay informed about all promotions and events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of sanitation laws and health regulations.
• Ability to respond to visual and auditory cues.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding).
