Job Title: Dietary Manager
Job Summary:
The Dietary Manager is responsible for partnering with the Dietitian to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Dietary Department. This includes ensuring compliance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and providing quality nutritional services daily while maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.
Essential Duties:
- Partner with the Dietitian to plan, develop, budget, organize, implement, evaluate, manage, and direct the Dietary Department, its programs, and activities in accordance with patient care plans, guidelines, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ensure staffing, supplies, and equipment are satisfactorily maintained, and all documentation is filed in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma.
- Must possess Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification.
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related medical facility.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Dietary Manager is preferred.
