Qualifications

• 2–3 years of culinary experience in luxury settings such as hotels, resorts, fine dining or upscale kitchens.
• Culinary degree or professional training preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and chef direction.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
• Set up, stock, and organize workstations for efficient service.
• Collaborate with chefs and culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Assist with inventory, rotation, labeling, and storage procedures.
• Follow all safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
• Monitor product quality and report concerns to leadership.
• Support and mentor junior culinary team members as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment.
