Job summary

Adecco is assisting a local client to fill a Cook position in Wilmore, KY. The Cook II will coordinate, prepare and serve meals, review menus, and ensure sanitary standards are met. The role involves supervising staff as needed and supporting food prep coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, prepares, and serves meals in a timely manner per sanitary regulations.
• Reviews menus and production sheets to ensure food availability for meals and snacks.
• Assists Food Prep Coordinators as needed.
• Ensures scheduled cleaning duties are completed.
• Maintains equipment and utensils in safe, clean, and sanitary condition.
• Plan, coordinate, assign and supervise staff as needed.
