Responsibilities

• Know menus and required preparations per hotel standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
• Prepare food for Restaurant, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets.
• Proficiency in charbroiling, poaching, deep-frying, saute, braising and roasting.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and cost/production efficiency.
• Support other kitchen positions as needed.
