Sodexo is recruiting for a Cook II at Liberty University to join a dedicated food service team. The role focuses on preparing nutritious dishes with a customer-service mindset, helping ensure a welcoming dining experience for students and staff.

You will be part of a collaborative team, maintaining food quality and safety standards while supporting various meal periods and event catering as needed. The position offers flexibility with shifts and opportunities for growth within the Sodexo network.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented and adaptable candidate who promotes a safe working environment.
• Strong customer service mindset and reliable in fast-paced settings.
• 3–4 years of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold items for multiple meal periods.
• Read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing items.
• May work on a la carte service and/or operate a grill station.
• Support management in daily oversight during the shift.
