Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary apprenticeship or associate degree preferred.
• Experience with multiple cooking methods and stations.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods listed on menus using grilled, fried, broiled, baked, boiled, braised, and poached methods.
• Ensure plates are visually appealing and cooked to customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation; assist with events and setup/teardown.
• Contribute to guest relations and teamwork; attend meetings as required.
• Season food per recipes and assist with other duties as assigned.
