Responsibilities

• Demonstrate product knowledge by correct storing and handling of perishables.
• Follow kitchen cleaning, storage and safety procedures daily.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and health regulations.
• Greet customers and assist with menu selections as requested.
• Process payments at the cash register and provide accurate change.
• Manage inventory levels and restock ingredients as needed.
• Train new staff members as needed.
