Cook II - DoubleTree By Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport (Finance)

Come join the team at Hilton Seattle Airport and Conference Center, located across the street from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and just a short drive from Downtown Seattle. We are currently seeking a motivated Cook II to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant, with the ability to work a varied schedule. Previous hotel experience is a plus.

The Cook II is responsible for preparing cold food items to support our commitment to outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Cook II, your responsibilities include:

  1. Preparing cold food items such as salads, fruits, dressings, fish, and appetizers according to recipes and quality standards.
  2. Maintaining cleanliness and food sanitation standards at all times.
  3. Managing guest orders efficiently and courteously.
  4. Having knowledge of menu items and food products.
  5. Stocking and maintaining food stations.
  6. Visually inspecting all food sent from the kitchen.
  7. Practicing proper food handling and storage procedures per regulations.

Availability to work weekdays, mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. The hourly rate for this position is $26.90.
