We are currently seeking a motivated Cook II to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant, with the ability to work a varied schedule. Previous hotel experience is a plus.
A Cook II is responsible for preparing cold food items to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure financial profitability.
As a Cook II, you will prepare cold food items such as salads, fruits, dressings, fish, and appetizers according to recipes and quality standards. You will also maintain cleanliness, manage guest orders efficiently, ensure menu knowledge, stock food stations, inspect food sent from the kitchen, and practice proper food handling and storage procedures according to regulations. Flexibility to work weekdays, mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. The hourly rate for this position is $26.90.
