Responsibilities

• Follows recipes and presents dishes as ordered.
• Set up and maintain kitchen stations each shift; manage orders and storage of goods.
• Handle, store and rotate stock; maintain hygiene and equipment functioning.
• Maintain supply of stocks, perform cutting and storage of perishable goods.
• Complete opening/closing control sheets as requested.
• Keep work area clean and organized; manage utensils and storage areas.
