Essential Job Functions

• Utilize basic ingredients to perform cooking techniques according to recipes; sautéing, grilling, frying, roasting, and preparing basic dough for pastries, cakes, and baked goods.
• Add seasoning during mixing or cooking.
• Observe and test foods to ensure proper cooking.
• Carve meats, portion food, and add sauces and garnishes to complete orders.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three or more years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to successfully complete the pre-employment process.
