Job summary

Baptist Health Nassau is seeking a PRN Cook to support the Dietary team across shifts as needed. You will measure, mix, portion, and cook meals per recipes and production charts for patients, guests and staff.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary work practices, and completing logs and production charts per policies. High School Diploma preferred; <1 year in food service or cooking preferred. Location: Nassau Main Building.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (Preferred).
• Less than 1 year Food Service Experience (Preferred).
• Less than 1 year Cooking Experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Measuring, mixing, portioning and cooking according to provided recipes and production charts for patients, guests, and staff.
• Working clean, safe, and sanitary in accordance with department policies
• Filling out all logs, production charts, cleaning schedules, etc assigned by management in accordance with department policies and procedures.
