Job summary

Baptist Health in Downtown Jacksonville is seeking a PRN Cook I for Bridges Café at Baptist Medical Downtown. This as-needed position prepares meals for patients, guests and staff, following recipes and production charts.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, logging production, and complying with safety standards; prior food service and cooking experience preferred; High School Diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year Food Service Experience Preferred.
• Less than 1 year Cooking Experience Preferred.
• High School Diploma (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Measuring, mixing, portioning and cooking according to provided recipes and production charts for patients, guests, and staff.
• Working clean, safe, and sanitary in accordance with department policies.
• Filling out logs, production charts, cleaning schedules, etc assigned by management in accordance with department policies and procedures.
