Westminster at Lake Ridge is seeking a part-time cook to prepare hot and cold meals for our senior living residents, following standardized recipes and production sheets. The role supports the Sous Chef and Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, good verbal and written communication, and be proficient with kitchen equipment. ServSafe certification is required or obtainable; one year of fine dining experience is preferred.
$15.19 - $19.62 per hour commensurate with experience

This position is primarily responsible for preparing cold and hot meals utilizing productions estimates listed on the production sheet. Additional duties include assisting Sous Chef or Chef in the cold production of food items for the Nursing Center meals following standardized recipes.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), Incumbent should be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form, possess high-quality verbal and written communication ability. Must be proficient in the operation of kitchen machinery and basic cooking utensils.
