Qualifications

• Experience as Cook I or similar in hotel or fine-dining settings.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Solid food safety practices and attention to quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Four Seasons recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Ensure all food is prepared with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Properly handle, store, and rotate food products to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with prep work, mise en place, and banquet or event production as needed.
• Follow all health, safety, and workplace policies at all times.
