Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico is seeking a Cook II to join its luxury kitchen team. You will prepare quality dishes with consistency, precision, and care, upholding Four Seasons' standards.

In this full-time role, you will support station setups, maintain sanitation, and collaborate with a talented culinary team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a professional kitchen; hotel or fine-dining experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook assigned menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist with station setup, mise en place, and service execution.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Properly store, label, and rotate food products.
• Support senior cooks and chefs during service as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure timely and high-quality food production.
• Follow all Four Seasons policies, procedures, and safety standards.
