Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold foods for all meal periods and events according to Sodexo standards.
• Follow recipes and product directions for preparing and serving soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other items.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and support kitchen teamwork.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation at all times.
