Sodexo at MARQUETTE UNIVERSITY - ANNEX is seeking a Cook I to prepare and present a variety of hot and cold foods across meal periods and events, following Sodexo’s culinary standards. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, maintain safety and cleanliness, and support teamwork to deliver a high-quality dining experience.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of related work experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food-handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, cook and present hot and cold foods according to standards.
• Follow recipes and product directions for accurate preparation and portioning.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and observe food safety and sanitation standards.
• Support kitchen teamwork and adapt to account-specific requirements.
