Sodexo is seeking a Cook for CONCORD ACADEMY in Concord, MA. This full-time role requires varying shifts and open availability. The Cook will prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and cold items across meal periods, maintaining safety and high culinary standards.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of basic operation of equipment and food-handling procedures preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good working knowledge of food preparation.
• Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with current standards to ensure high-quality food service.
• Follow recipes and product directions for preparing, cooking, and serving foods.
• Estimate food requirements and check production to plan production needs.
• Significant walking or other mobility.
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time during a shift.
• Lift up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
