Highland Grocery is seeking a Cook I to join our kitchen team. This role prepares, seasons and cooks a wide variety of foods for our food service units, following standardized recipes and using basic kitchen equipment.

The successful candidate will work hot and cold production lines, coordinate with supervisors and staff, maintain safety and quality standards, and deliver friendly service to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of large quantity food preparation.
• Ability to operate institutional kitchen equipment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare food on hot or cold production line per recipes.
• Coordinate preparation and ordering with supervisor and PM staff.
• Greet customers and serve in a courteous manner.
• Maintain sanitation and proper labeling of produce.
• Ensure no cross contamination and proper storage of items.
