Responsibilities

• Prepares and presents menu items during service to Quest standards.
• Follows preparation list and assists in daily kitchen operations.
• Bulk preparation, catering prep, and product receiving tasks as needed.
• Maintains a clean and organized line and assists customers.
• Assists in cold prep, salads, and grab-and-go production; serves on hot line.
• Follows HACCP and food safety guidelines; handles deliveries.
