Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of experience as a cook in a fast-paced quick-serve restaurant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Comply with Long Beach Health Department and OSHA procedures and regulations.
• Ensure quality products are prepared and served timely.
• Follow menus and maintain food handling, preparation, and presentation standards.
• Store food properly and maintain correct temperatures.
