Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Preps, cooks and dispenses food for students, faculty, staff and guests.
• Coordinates and prepares items for salad bars, grill areas, sandwich bars and kiosks.
• Supervise food preparation to ensure recipe adherence, quality, timeliness and safe handling.
• Coordinates daily kitchen activities including line service and dish room.
• Comply with safety and health regulations and HACCP standards.
