Job summary

Doubletree by Hilton DFW North in Irving, TX is seeking a Cook to ensure flawless preparation and presentation of menu items created by the Executive Chef. You’ll deliver an unparalleled dining experience and support daily kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as prep line/cook.
• Ability to think on their feet in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, ensuring not to over-prepare estimated needs.
• Prepare food consistent with recipe cards.
• Return all unused food items to designated storage areas.
• Operate and properly clean cooking and kitchen equipment and supplies.
