You will coordinate meal production for 100+ guests, ensure quality, and work closely with the Dietary Director to follow guidelines and regulations. Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• You will coordinate food production for 100+ guests to meet meal times and maintain quality.
• You will prepare meals following guidelines and sanitary regulations.
• You may assist with tray line setup and plate assembly.
• You will assist with daily kitchen cleaning and upkeep.
• You will promote hospitality and excellent service to guests, families, and visitors.
