Qualifications

• Experience in food service preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to standardized recipes and portioning.
• Assist in all food preparation and service activities as directed by Chef Manager/Director.
• Monitor temperatures to meet established goals during prep and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas.
• Ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations through daily checks.
• Contribute to safe, respectful, and patient-centered meal service.
