Qualifications

• Understand local health and safety codes applicable to hotels.
• Maintain well-stocked kitchen to meet service needs.
• Receive and process food and beverage orders as needed.
• Follow brand and Island Hospitality Management recipes.
• Prepare and plate all menu items.
• Operate ovens, stoves, microwaves and other hot prep equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of work areas after service.
