About the Hospital: Known for its excellence in surgery, medicine, and innovative research, Harper University Hospital has established Centers of Excellence in neurosciences, bariatric surgery, vascular services, cardiovascular services, hypertension, stroke prevention, and heart failure.
Under general supervision and following established policies and procedures, performs duties related to preparing and serving meals for patients, staff, and guests. Responsibilities include preparing food according to standard recipes, portioning, garnishing, setup for service, display cooking, cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas, and maintaining accurate production records.
