Position Summary: As a Prep Cook, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preparing ingredients and ensuring the team has what they need to serve guests efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare cooking items according to recipes and procedures.
2. Maintain and clean all kitchen equipment and prep areas.
3. Stock and rotate products to ensure freshness and compliance with shelf life standards.
4. Ensure accurate portioning of food products.
5. Follow FIFO standards when preparing items.
6. Keep the kitchen, prep areas, coolers, and storage areas clean.
7. Assist with dishwashing and restocking as needed.

Qualifications:

• Prior prep cook experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
